Oscar Isaac joins John Boyega and Daisy Ridley on stage during the D23 Expo on Saturday (August 23) in Anaheim, Calif. The co-stars were joined by writer/director JJ Abrams as they promoted the upcoming Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker . Other cast members in attendance included Billy Dee Williams , Anthony Daniels , Naomi Ackie , Joonas Suotama , Kelly Marie Tran , and newcomer Keri Russell . During the event, the cast debuted the new movie poster , which features Emperor Palpatine looking over Rey and Kylo Ren fighting.
