As suspected, life interfered with announcing the winner when planned; at 5:00 yesterday we were at the Great Oregon Steam-Up watching lots of different kinds of tractors do a pulling demonstration. Brian was in heaven, although he really wanted the demo to be a contest, and have a winner. (He was rooting for the Caterpillar D6.)
I picked up this adorable potholder at a vendor's booth there; I think it would be fun to make some myself as gifts. (Realistically, when am I going to find the time to do that???)Since we will be enjoying a house full of company this evening through Sunday, I don't know how much I'll be posting this week.
